What is Medicare Open Enrollment?
It’s the annual October 15–December 7 period when people with Medicare can make certain health and drug coverage changes. The choices available depend on your current coverage.

What if I’m still working or new to Medicare?
Your first enrollment dates can depend on your age and current coverage. If you or your spouse have coverage through work, check the rules that apply to your situation before making a change.

Yes. Call Medicare at 1-800-633-4227 (1-800-MEDICARE). TTY users can call 1-877-486-2048. Free, personalized counseling is also available through your State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP).
